Our open rates were declining, and we had anecdotal evidence to suggest that far too many of our emails were going into spam folders. Our working theory was that we had an email delivery problem. MailSoar helped us to understand the theory behind getting emails delivered to a customer’s inbox. Where once we took a splatter gun approach now, we are careful to ensure our clients receive relevant, timely communications that they want to receive, while always keeping an eye on open rates, unsubscribes, bounces and complaints. Pierre Pignault has been a pleasure to work with, attentive to our needs, professional and of most importance extremely knowledge about email delivery.
