Our PRM base was no longer growing and its effectiveness had become more than relative. The leverage was no longer profitable and was leading to a heavy workload within the team for minimal gain. Adventure Conseil was able to take over our PRM base and requalify it. They then helped us to win back hot prospects and set up a programme to keep the database alive and make it an effective performance lever.
