We worked together to set up click-to-lead collections (Adventure is a long-standing partner of Vente-unique). Adventure is also responsible for creating the collection kits. We've always had good collection performance with Adventure, in terms of the rate of collection and reaching targets, mailing KPIs (delivery rate always very good, proof of the quality of the leads collected, open rate and responsiveness) and conversion rates. The Adventure team is always pro-active, taking initiatives to improve collection performance and proposing new kit formats.
